Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lagos. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls, messages, and web chat enquiries from existing and prospective customers
  • Placing orders and scheduling dispatch of orders accurately
  • Maintaining good relationships with partners and vendors
  • Providing customers with accurate product and service information
  • Escalating complex issues to customer service supervisors for proper resolution
  • Maintaining records of inquiries or complaints as well as logs of interaction with customers

Requirements:
  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related discipline
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service or similar role
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of empathy
