About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Agro-Sales Executive to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our agritech and financial solutions to smallholder farmers, SMEs, agribusinesses, and cooperatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
- Product Promotion: Develop and execute effective promotional plans to showcase the benefits and value of our agritech and financial solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Drive transaction volumes by facilitating collections, bill payments, fund disbursements, and POS deployments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Agrotech industry with a proven track record of sales success.
