Job Description:

  • Assess clients' needs and abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and social abilities.
  • Educate clients and their families about techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and abilities.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  3. Provide training in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
