Key Responsibilities:
Detailed documentation and record keeping are crucial for the success of our projects. We are seeking a skilled Documentations Specialist who will work closely with our project managers and engineers to gather and verify information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed dockets for all ongoing and completed projects, ensuring accuracy, comprehensiveness, and up-to-dateness. Additionally, the selected candidate will track and record project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and compile and summarize project reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in documentation and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital and physical documentation management systems
