We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our power plant systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate and maintain power plant systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor system parameters and control boards, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure equipment longevity.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Pursue ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in technology.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call duty.
