Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (SME Loans) to drive our loan services growth in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering tailored loan solutions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and monitor portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including profile and compilation of databases for targeted marketing
* Analyze client needs and provide recommendations for loan approvals, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and risk management procedures

Performance Metrics:

* Achieve a minimum of N50 million in monthly loan disbursements
* Complete at least four disbursed transactions per month
* Identify and engage with 10 clusters for presentations and generate 20 prospects monthly
* Secure a minimum of 4 referral leads monthly

Requirements:

* BSc in Marketing or related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven track record in financial services industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
