Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Online Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel customer acquisition plans, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and sales to drive significant customer growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media engagement, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
* Actively engage with potential customers online, building relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts and resonates with target audiences.
* Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop effective lead generation strategies.
* Manage budgets effectively and ensure all acquisition activities align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of successfully driving customer growth in B2B or B2C within the tech industry environment.
* Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
