Immigration Case Coordinator

Kisha Immigration is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client and Legal Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and delivering exceptional client service.

1. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on immigration procedures.
2. Immigration Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Compliance and Legal Support: Research and stay updated on immigration policies, work permit renewals, and visa requirements.
4. Case Management: Monitor ongoing cases, follow up with clients, and update them on application progress.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to ensure effective service delivery.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Immigration Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of legal practice experience, post Bar.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of immigration laws and case management systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced-level proficiency in English and at least one Nigerian local language.

• Competitive Salary: N200,000 to N250,000, based on experience, expertise, and skills.
