Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, and establishing the company as a leader in HR tech consulting.
About the Role:

- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders for strategic collaborations.
- You will drive sales and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
- You will design and implement competitive pricing models tailored to client needs while ensuring profitability.
- You will conduct in-depth market research for Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new market opportunities.
- You will analyze market data to make informed decisions and strategically position the company for growth.
- You will develop and execute expansion strategies aligned with the company's quarterly and yearly goals.
- You will create detailed workflows and actionable plans to achieve target expansions.
- You will plan and execute market entry strategies into new geographic regions within Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
- You will evaluate market potential, engage brand ambassadors, and conduct market assessments to ensure successful expansion.
- You will assess and mitigate risks associated with market expansion, including regulatory, financial, and operational challenges.
- You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- You will evaluate team performance and provide training and support to enhance productivity.
- You will create and maintain an efficient and up-to-date database of partners and clients in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
- You will enhance and sustain the company's brand presence and recognition across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
