Apprentice Weavers

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Adire production team as Apprentice Weavers. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced artisans and develop your skills in traditional Adire production techniques.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Learning and applying Adire production techniques under the guidance of experienced artisans.
• Assisting in fabric preparation, dyeing, and finishing processes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times.
• Meeting daily production targets and adhering to company safety and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No prior experience needed (Training provided)
• Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
