Land Surveyor Professional

NINESTARS AGRICULTURAL LIMITED is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our geospatial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys, including topographic, boundary, construction, and utility surveys, to gather data and measurements.
• Analyze and interpret survey data to provide detailed reports and maps.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to provide survey data for project planning and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant surveying laws, policies, and standards.
• Prepare and present detailed survey reports, including measurements, calculations, and findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels.
• Strong understanding of survey software and CAD programs.
• Knowledge of local and state surveying regulations and standards.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
