Job Description:

We are seeking a Property Appraisal Specialist to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing reports, and collaborating with our quality control team to ensure accuracy and consistency in our valuation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations to determine market values
  • Prepare and review valuation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure consistency in valuation practices
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new valuation briefs and grow our business portfolio
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and concerns

Requirements:

A first degree in Estate Management or a related field, minimum of 8–10 years of experience in property valuation, chartered membership of a recognized professional body, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
