Job Summary
Zylus Group International is seeking an experienced Legal Officer to join our team and provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. They will also provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales, and ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria. A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar, preferably in real estate or property law, is also required. You should have strong knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
