">About the Role
The successful candidate will work as a skilled painter for EM LIMITED, responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services. Key responsibilities include assessing surfaces, preparing them for painting, applying paint, coatings, and finishes with precision, and managing surface preparation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess surfaces to determine the required preparation and painting methods
- Apply paint, putty, and coatings with precision to achieve desired finishes
- Manage and oversee the preparation of surfaces for painting, including POP, screeding, and gloss painting
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each project to ensure proper functionality

Qualifications and Experience
- Hold at least an OND qualification or a relevant Trade Test certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in painting and surface preparation, preferably with 5-8 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in spray painting, managing paint types, and achieving professional finishing on all painting projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in mixing and applying various types of paint
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
