About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Fashion Design Director. As the head of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving various projects forward.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion design principles, including tailoring techniques, fabric types, and garment construction. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with current industry trends and maintain excellent communication skills. A degree in Fashion or a design-related field is preferred but not essential.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective strategies, collaborating with the team to achieve goals, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and demonstrating excellent time management skills.
