Prestmit is a digital platform that enables users to transact in various cryptocurrencies and gift cards.
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to oversee user transactions using our customized admin interface.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to all customers' transaction requests in real-time.
- Provide information on Prestmit products and services.
- Fulfill all customer requests.
- Perform other duties as may arise from time to time and as assigned to the Employee.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required.
- Must be computer literate with average typing speed.
- Must live within close proximity to the office location, Lekki, Lagos.
- Female candidates are preferred.
