Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our team at HR-ON-WHEELS. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating financial data to inform business decisions and ensure accurate financial management of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for cost savings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial feasibility studies and project appraisals to inform business decisions.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, including variations and change orders.
• Monitor and control contract costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to optimize project expenditures.
• Prepare and issue interim and final payment certificates to contractors, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and collaboration on financial matters.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project progress and address any cost-related issues.
• Provide cost and contractual advice to project teams and senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a similar role within a project-based organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software applications quickly.
