About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the Front Desk & Admin Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and customers as they arrive
- (Handle inquiries, provide information, and answer visitor questions professionally
- Manage phone calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages when required
- Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain organized calendars for meetings and events
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a related role
- Experience in the solar industry and customer support will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on helping others
