Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mid-level lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of commercial and corporate law, including contract review, negotiation, and drafting. You will work closely with our litigation team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and a BL certification. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in litigation, commercial, and corporate practice is required. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

1. Representing clients in court
2. Drafting contracts and agreements
