**Job Title:** Creative Design Lead

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead

to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading our visual design efforts, developing creative materials, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off, ensuring a consistent and impressive brand identity.

2. Create impressive images and graphics that identify with our brand and convey its essence.

3. Develop creative materials for marketing campaigns, web, and social media communication.

4. Assist in maintaining a consistent graphics system and visual language for our brand.

5. Collaborate with the team to develop and coordinate new and innovative multimedia packages, campaigns, and ideas that enhance our online presence.

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging graphic design standards and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A strong background in graphic design, with a focus on visual branding and identity.

2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
