Nurturing Early Childhood Educator

The Early Years Support Staff will contribute significantly to the educational journey of young children in our settings.
Main Tasks- Teaching Assistance: Work alongside lead teachers to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Individualized Help: Offer one-on-one support to children, especially those with special educational needs, ensuring each child receives tailored attention and reaches their full potential.
- Learning Environment: Assist in maintaining a safe, well-organized, and stimulating learning environment, supporting behavior management and children's safety during both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor children's progress, document observations, and share findings with lead educators and parents to support each child's developmental journey.
- Family Involvement: Collaborate with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's development, and addressing any concerns to create a supportive community for the child's growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong educational foundation, relevant certifications, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity are essential for this role.
