Technology Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technology Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Proforce Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our computer systems and networks, providing technical support to the business, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

The Technology Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, responding to service issues and requests, and providing technical support across the company and group wide.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support across the company and group wide (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Set up accounts for new users.
• Repair, replace, and purchase equipment as necessary across the Group.
• Liaise with internet service provider to make payments and ensure there is uninterrupted internet connection.

• First bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant post-graduation experience.
• Proven experience as Info Tech Officer.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
