Mechanical Systems Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Systems Supervisor to join our team at Imagelinks West Africa Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems in the office.
About the RoleAs a Mechanical Systems Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and monitoring the maintenance and repair of equipment, advising procurement personnel on parts availability, and providing technical support to the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
- Advise procurement personnel on parts availability
- Provide technical support to the engineering team
- Assist and guide tradesmen on technical matters
- Ensure health and safety measures are in place and complied with
- Carry out preliminary surveys and collect data required by engineers
- Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems
- Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems
To be successful as a Mechanical Systems Supervisor, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in supervising and monitoring maintenance and repair activities. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
