Educatory Hospitality Leader

We are a leading Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS) seeking an experienced Educatory Hospitality Leader to spearhead our training initiatives. As a Training Director, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing all learning and development programs within our organization.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience organizing trainings and designing educational curricula. You will work closely with departments, teams, and individuals to identify training needs based on skills gap analyses, develop group and individual learning courses, and manage the training budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs per department, team, and individual using performance reviews and skills gap analyses
• Craft career plans to help employees achieve their goals
• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives
• Oversee learning activities, curriculum, and resources
• Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
• Evaluate the results of learning courses and implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to foster a culture of continuous learning

In addition, the successful candidate will recommend new training methods, including e-learning courses and game-based platforms, and ensure that all training activities are conducted in a corporate environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field is required, along with 3 years of experience as a Training Director, Training Manager, or similar role.

The salary range for this position is approximately N300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, and the successful candidate must reside in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Obalende, or Oworoshoki.
