Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Secretary with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have basic computer and accounting skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our manufacturing team. This includes preparing and organizing documents, reports, and meeting materials, as well as handling internal and external communications. You will also assist in basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Additionally, you will coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting materials.

- Handle internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.

- Assist in basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

- Support the manufacturing team with administrative needs.
