About the Role

Polaris Digitech seeks a skilled Surveyor to leverage expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial data management, analysis, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:Surveying and Data Collection
  • Conduct field surveys utilizing modern surveying tools and techniques, including GNSS receivers, Total stations, and drones.
  • Produce maps, charts, and reports using AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro, and Surfer software.
  • Ensure accurate collection of geospatial data and its integration into digital platforms.
GIS Integration
  • Analyze, manipulate, and manage geospatial data using GIS software such as ArcGIS and QGIS.
  • Create and maintain detailed maps, models, and spatial databases to support project requirements.
IT and Technology Application
  • Utilize advanced IT tools and software for data processing, visualization, and reporting.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives in surveying and spatial analysis.
Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, planners, and other stakeholders to deliver spatial solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, charts, and visualizations to convey survey findings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compliance and Standards
  • E nsure all survey activities comply with local and international regulations and standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in surveying and GIS.
