About the Role:

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team at DAYTONA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish, ensuring that all goods purchased meet the specified requirements and are delivered in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures and policies.
  • Developing and implementing effective purchasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill their purchasing needs.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on purchasing activities and spend analysis.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and expenditures.
  • Providing expert advice on procurement-related matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
