Job Description

We are looking for a Loan Officer to join our team at Trident Microfinance Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-value relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobilize and acquire new customers for microfinance services
2. Manage existing customer relationships to drive business growth
3. Assess client's business and financial situation to determine loan eligibility
4. Process loan applications and provide post-disbursement support
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
6. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
