Job Overview:

As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Prob Digital PVT LTD, you will play a critical role in overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure and leading the IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, with proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing. You will be responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget, and overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure, monitoring and managing data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT roles, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • System Management:
    • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
    • Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
    • Monitor and manage data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to achieve department goals.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
    • Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-10 years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
    • Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
