Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on products, promoting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities while exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • National Certificate in Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
  • Proven working experience in a pharmacy or retail sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Estimated Salary Range:

Negotiable, based on experience, but estimated to be around ₦120,000 - ₦180,000 per month, depending on performance and qualifications.
