Reservoir Engineering Director

Ralds and Agate Limited is seeking a seasoned Reservoir Engineering Director to lead our team in optimizing producing assets from a reservoir perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery, increase production, and add reserves.
- Reservoir Management: Provide leadership within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adequate reservoir management of our assets.
- Project Planning: Oversee the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects.
- Strategic Decision Making: Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree.
- Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering and Engineering Operations in the oil industry with an operator.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, excellent leadership and communication skills.
