About the Role

The Head of Business Growth and Partnerships will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation. This includes driving expansion of agent banking and digital financial solutions, identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with businesses, fintech firms, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Oversee branch and agent network management, ensuring seamless banking operations.
  • Improve processes for loan disbursement, account opening, and customer service delivery.
  • Ensure payment processing and reconciliation with partners, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
  • Mitigate against default in retail lending process.
