Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to collaborate on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing, customer retention, and remarketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, Google & Meta Ads, and email automation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
