Private Tutor and Caregiver

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Private Tutor and Caregiver to join our organization (school). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in a supportive and nurturing environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and education, as well as exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with parents and teachers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of academic goals, progress monitoring, and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support children's academic progress, including homework assistance, project supervision, and exam preparation.
2. Develop and implement effective time management strategies for children's daily activities, balancing schoolwork, extracurriculars, and leisure time.
3. Manage the family's calendar, ensuring school schedules, appointments, and important dates are accurately organized and communicated.
4. Collaborate with parents and teachers to align on academic goals, monitor progress, and address any challenges.
5. Establish a structured daily routine that fosters discipline, focus, and productivity.
6. Accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings.
7. Promote a positive learning environment while encouraging good manners, discipline, and social skills.
8. Provide personalized academic support based on each child's strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a governess, teacher, or private tutor.
• Strong understanding of school curriculums and educational methods.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules.
• A degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
