We are seeking a highly skilled Head Baker to join our team at Pinnah Foods Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pastry preparation and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and standards.
  • Design and innovate new dessert recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory and reduce wastage to optimize costs.
  • Supervise and train kitchen/bakery staff in line with given standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.
