Facilities Maintenance Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Vertiline Synergy Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or concerns.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to ensure a smooth operation.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals.
- Familiarize yourself with health and safety regulations and adhere to them at all times.
Requirements:
- A high school degree is required.
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner or similar role is essential.
- The ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery is crucial.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is necessary.
- Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is desirable.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are expected.
