Content Strategist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Strategist to join our team at Ascentech Service Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms (blogs, social media, video, etc.).
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media to increase visibility and engagement.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a content strategist, copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₦600,000 - ₦800,000 per annum
