Content Editor

At Hasob Integrated Services, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Content Staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, curating, and uploading high-quality language content. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all content meets editorial standards and is delivered on time.

• Edit and Curate High-Quality Content: Utilize the Content Symphony platform to monitor the status of content being edited, curated, and uploaded.
• Maintain Editorial Standards: Maintain and follow a quality assurance (QA) checklist to ensure that all content meets editorial and linguistic standards.
• Track Edits and Revisions: Track edits and revisions in content documents using tools like Google Docs or WordPress.
• Log and Coordinate Tasks: Record the time spent on tasks such as editing, verification, and finalization to ensure timely delivery of content. Log and coordinate tasks with team members to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient content delivery.
• Monitor Content Volume: Track the volume of content edited, curated, and uploaded against the set schedule.
• Refine Editing Process: Collect and apply feedback from the Content Manager to continuously refine and improve the editing process.

• Content Creation Workflow Knowledge: Basic understanding of content creation and editing workflows.
• Content Management Tools: Familiarity with content management tools, including Google Docs and WordPress.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Time Management: Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Native or proficient ability to speak and write in Igbo, Yoruba.
