Job Overview

PST is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the company's compliance with international laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and research international laws, regulations, and databases to ensure accurate information and stay up-to-date on current events.
  • Investigate publicly available data sources and determine the best methods for acquiring that information, utilizing reasoning and logic to solve problems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand technical workflows and make adjustments as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of professionals, assigning and completing tasks effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Document processes clearly and provide instructions for all personnel, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Communicate with international teams, regulatory authorities, and customers to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with expertise in reasoning, logic, and data organization.
  • Experience in fields such as indirect sanctions, politically exposed persons, company registers, sanctions evasion, and beneficial ownership, with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse professionals.
  • Project management and coordination skills, with professional communication skills to convey ideas and solutions effectively.
