Responsibilities:

  • Conduct valuations for land and building properties, using industry-recognized methods and techniques.
  • Prepare and defend detailed valuation reports that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Valuer to review and finalize valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on property valuations.

Requirements:

  • A first degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of field experience in Property Valuation.
  • Chartered Membership of professional bodies such as NIESV, ESVARBON, or RICS.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written), with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Sociable and professional demeanor, with excellent relationship management skills.
