Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at GVA PARTNERS LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and software development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into technical solutions, from design to implementation.

Oversee developer teams to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to specifications.

Determine technical requirements, including hardware, software, scalability, and security needs.

Coordinate the design and integration of overall architecture and system components with business stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation and designs, as well as a configuration management database for the company.

Utilize gap analysis techniques to identify and address architecture-related issues in the enterprise.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Enterprise Architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture tools, such as Visio and Draw.io.

Ability to interpret business requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Self-management and interpersonal skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

BSc in a STEM field.

Minimum of 6 years of cognate IT experience, with 3 years in either infrastructure or software development.

Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL, COBIT, or TOGAF, are an added advantage.
