As a Store Officer at Tincan Island Container Terminal Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include receiving and issuing store items, processing requisitions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Tasks:
- Receiving and storing of spare parts and consumables
- Issuing of spare parts and consumables based on approved work orders
- Processing of exit of work orders on the MAXIMO platform
- Conducting material stock-taking process daily
- Maintaining proper documentation and records of store spare parts supplied by vendors
- Working with the Store Manager to ensure that spare parts are readily available in the store on request
Requirements:
- OND or its equivalence in a relevant field
- HSE Level 1 Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and industry
