Inventory Management Specialist

The role of an Inventory Officer at Tricare pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited is to oversee the management of pharmacy inventory operations. This involves ensuring a continuous supply of drug and non-drug products to various outlets. The officer must assume ownership of inventory operations, guaranteeing that fast-moving products are adequately stored for customers.
This position requires strict adherence to inventory processes from start to finish. Compliance with company procedures and policies is also essential. In addition, the ability to multitask and provide solutions to challenges in a fast-paced working environment is necessary.
Cooperation with internal and external customers is crucial for efficient and timely delivery of supplied products across pharmacy outlets. The officer will be responsible for posting stocks/transfers using ZohoApp Software and participating in periodic stock take processes. Proper packaging and logistics processes leading to reduced costs and efficient delivery systems are also expected.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage pharmacy inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted supply of products
2. Ensure adequate storage of fast-moving products for customers
3. Maintain strict compliance to inventory processes and company procedures
4. Demonstrate ability to multitask and provide solutions to challenges in a fast-paced environment
5. Cooperate with internal and external customers for efficient delivery of products
6. Post stocks/transfers using ZohoApp Software
7. Participate in periodic stock take processes
8. Implement proper packaging and logistics processes for cost reduction and efficient delivery
