About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Recruiter who can develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing job descriptions and specifications, performing job analysis, preparing recruitment materials, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's goals
  • Create engaging job descriptions that attract top talent
  • Analyze job requirements and create detailed job specifications
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates using multiple channels
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to conduct various types of interviews and assessments
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS
