Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled dentist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team at Smile360. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality dental care and possess expertise to handle various dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
• Create tailored treatment plans and provide exceptional dental care to patients
• Administer restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency treatments
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in professional development activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Dental Medicine or Surgery from an accredited institution
• Valid dental license
• A minimum of 7 years of experience practicing as a dentist in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in performing various dental procedures with precision and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Williness to mentor and supervise junior dental staff as needed
