About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at EKO MAINTENANCE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting and surface preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation: Assess and prepare surfaces for painting, including removal of mold, stains, and repairs to damaged walls.
2. Exterior Painting: Utilize scaffolding or ladders for exterior painting projects and handle both internal and external facade wall painting.
3. Floor and Surface Protection: Protect furniture, floors, and non-paintable areas with appropriate coverings such as nylon and masking tape.
4. Maintenance and Cleanup: Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each project and conduct post-project cleanup to ensure painted rooms are free of dust, debris, and excess materials.

Requirements:

• OND qualification or relevant Trade Test certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in painting and surface preparation, preferably with 5-8 years of professional experience.
• Ability to mix and apply various types of paint.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
