Responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and pain points
    • Gather feedback through meetings, surveys, and support tickets
    • Communicate client insights to the development team
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
    • Pursue new business opportunities through event attendance, client meetings, and relationship-building
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and present products to customers
  • Collaboration with Development Team
    • Work closely with developers to prioritize and implement client-requested features
    • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful solution implementation
