Xolani Health is looking for a Strategic Business Development Partner to bridge the gap between our clients and development team.
This individual will be responsible for gathering client feedback, identifying pain points, and communicating insights to the development team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise to collaborate with the development team and implement solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and pain points
- Gather feedback through meetings, surveys, and support tickets
- Communicate client insights to the development team
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
- Pursue new business opportunities through event attendance, client meetings, and relationship-building
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and present products to customers
- Collaboration with Development Team
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and implement client-requested features
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful solution implementation
