Job Description

As a key member of PEM Security Guard Network, the Security Hiring Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and deployment of guards. This critical role ensures that our security personnel meet the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. They must be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, select, and train security personnel to meet company standards
• Conduct thorough background checks and vetting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to guard deployments and performance evaluations

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in security management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
