Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Learning and Development Business Group, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality learning and development programs to clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the business group meets its revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, education, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in business development and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of N4.8M to N6.0M per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission and performance bonuses on meeting agreed revenue targets.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
