We are seeking a highly skilled Health Education Specialist to join our team at People2profit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders on various medical topics.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development:

Design and develop training programs that cater to the needs of our clients, including healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop programs to address these gaps.

  • Deliver training programs to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through various methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Health Related Content Development:

  • Develop health content for training programs, including slide presentations, handouts, and other educational materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that training programs are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, and learners.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree or Master in any science or medical related program, such as nursing, medicine, pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology etc.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in anchoring health-related or medical trainings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
